Serving Rural Arizona Since 1986
We provide ‘big firm services’ for agricultural, municipal and family interests throughout Arizona.
Our services are primarily related to water rights.
Water Rights | Real Estate | Probate
Our primary focus at this time is centered on Arizona water rights. Services include representing numerous claimants in both the Little Colorado River and Gila River adjudications; representing water users in conflicts involving decreed and other water rights; representing clients in Indian water right settlements; and filing water right claims, which includes review, analysis and amendments as needed. Other services include forming and administering special districts (irrigation and water conservation) and representing clients with respect to federal ditch bill easements, grazing issues, commercial real estate and probate issues.
