All of our attorneys are involved in civil litigation. We have appeared in the Superior Courts of Apache, Navajo, Maricopa and Yavapai Counties. Particularly with respect to water and public land use issues, we have represented our clients before the State Appellate and Supreme Courts, as well as in Federal District Court. Brown & Brown Law Offices has also prosecuted and defended criminal matters.
As part of our litigation work, we work with our clients in determining their goals and what they wish to achieve in the litigation process. This involves our being candid about the possible costs and theoretical hurdles a case may involve. Some clients may prefer a less-expensive settlement over a courtroom appearance. If that is the case, we will do our best to achieve a settlement.
Regardless of whether you are the plaintiff or the defendant, litigation can be a stressful experience. We try our best to reduce your anxiety by keeping you up to date with all important trial events, reviewing strategy with you, and exploring your options.
