When the well's dry, we know the worth of water. — (Benjamin Franklin)

We work with our clients in determining their goals and what they wish to achieve in the litigation process. This involves our being candid about the possible costs and theoretical hurdles a case may involve, and will strive to settle a case if directed. We have appeared in the Superior Courts of Apache, Navajo, Maricopa and Yavapai Counties, as well as before the State Appellate and Supreme Courts, and Federal District Court.

We’re Different From the Rest…

cowboy_father-sonBrown & Brown is a small law firm and compared with other firms, an unusual one.

We started as a family-owned law firm.  The Brown family homesteaded the northeastern part of the State in the late 1800s. Growing up and living in Arizona’s rural White Mountains has given some of our lawyers “hands on” agricultural, business, real estate and political experience unique to our state. Not only do our partners devote their time to the practice of law, but they continue to actively work in the family ranching business, in commercial endeavors, and in the political sectors. What this means for you is that our professional expertise is not purely academic — we actually have the “real” and practical experience to understand your situation.

Oftentimes, a small firm may be limited to a specific practice, such as litigation or estate planning. For the rural individual seeking legal help, this can mean a frustrating search through the phone book for the right lawyer. For the organization requiring representation involving a broad range of issues, the small law offices are often overlooked in favor of larger firms staffed with numerous specialists. At Brown & Brown, our attorneys each focus in different areas of law and collaborate with one another in complex cases that involve a number of issues. What this means for you is that we deliver the professional legal services that you might expect from a large law firm — and deliver it with small town pride and personal care.
